Dr. Vijay B. Venkatesh, MD, is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist and neuroradiologist based in La Mesa, California, with over 25 years of experience. He specializes in neuroradiology, musculoskeletal MRI, and cardiac CT imaging, practicing at Palomar Health Medical Group and Sharp Grossmont Hospital.
Dr. Vijay Venkatesh is a life time member of SAPI since 2009. He has served as a private practice Neuroradiologist and General Diagnostic Radiologist in San Diego since 2006, with past leadership roles including Radiology Department Chair at Sharp Grossmont Hospital, President of San Diego Radiological Society, and President/CEO of his private practice group. Originally from upstate New York, Dr. Venkatesh is grateful to call San Diego his home and to be part of SAPI. He has volunteered to be part of the SAPI Executive Committee since 2024 and looks forward to contribute to our community of physicians and healthcare professionals.
